Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), Yuga Labs’ Ethereum-based non-fungible token collection, topped the NFT industry’s sales ranking on Friday despite a 19% dip. BAYC had a sales total of US$1.45 million in the 24 hours to 2 p.m. ET, CryptoSlam data shows. NodeMonkes, a Bitcoin-based collection, followed close with the day’s second highest sales total with US$1.3 million. Solana’s Froganas collection witnessed the most significant increase of the day, with sales soaring by 57.70% to US$1.19 million and transactions to join the top 10 for the first time this week. CryptoPunks, another heavyweight in the Ethereum ecosystem, saw a dramatic 95.75% drop in sales to US$720,652.58.
