Bitcoin falls below $70,000; Ethereum, Avalanche decline up to 4%

Cryptocurrency markets were trading lower in today's trade, dragged by Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and XRP. Meanwhile, the global cryptocurrency market cap fell 1.2% to around $2.62 trillion in the last 24 hours. At 10.55 a.m., Bitcoin was trading 1.13% lower at $69,609, while Ethereum was down 2.4% at $3,513. The total volume in DeFi is currently $12.47 billion, 10.46% of the total crypto market 24-hour volume. The volume of all stablecoins is now $106.9 billion, which is 89.64% of the total crypto market 24-hour volume, as per data available on CoinMarketCap. In the last 24 hours, the market cap of Bitcoin, the world's largest cryptocurrency, fell to $1.368 trillion.
