Bitcoin hits fresh all-time high of $73,700; BNB, Solana jump up to 14%

Bitcoin, the world's largest cryptocurrency by value, hit a new record high at $73,700 on Thursday, led by a flood of cash into new spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds as well as hopes that the Federal Reserve will soon cut interest rates. It was last 0.7% higher at $70,496 at 12:43 pm IST. Meanwhile, the global cryptocurrency market cap surged 0.9% to reach around $2.75 trillion in the last 24 hours. The total crypto market volume over the last 24 hours is $137.8 billion, which makes a 13.2% decrease. In the last 24 hours, the market cap of Bitcoin, the world's largest cryptocurrency, surged to $1.436 trillion. Bitcoin's dominance is currently 52.12%, according to CoinMarketCap.
