This new toolkit provides more control to developers and security researchers who are working on testnets, ensuring that testing, analysis, and debugging of transactions can be done more efficiently. The Phalcon Fork allows for the forking of arbitrary transaction positions and block numbers on the Ethereum mainnet, giving users greater control over the work being done on testnets.
