Shiba Inu, the cryptocurrency project renowned for its SHIB token, has taken a significant step by partnering with cryptography firm Zama to enhance its network’s privacy. The initiative involves establishing a private network on Shibarium, a secondary layer of the Ethereum blockchain, using Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). This technology ensures that data can be handled in insecure environments while remaining encrypted, providing stronger privacy and security. The collaboration aims to protect the privacy of SHIB token holders, securing both personal and transaction data. The privacy network will be a part of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, benefiting from the ecosystem token TREAT.
